  1. Install the application

    Run the downloaded installer with administrator permission. Review the installation information and privacy notice included in Setup.

  2. Choose your access

    Start the two-day trial or activate with your existing key. Buying a license is optional before the trial starts.

  3. Record your first session

    Select the IIS sites and recording duration, then choose Start Monitoring. Use Stop & Finalize when you're ready to review the evidence.

INSTALLATION & REMOVAL

Know what stays.

Setup installs the application and its shortcuts. Monitoring creates product-owned local files and an on-demand monitoring worker. It does not change website content, application pools, cache policies, DNS or firewall rules.

Use Windows Settings > Apps or the Start Menu uninstall shortcut to remove the software. Uninstall stops and finalizes product-owned recording before removing installed files.

Desktop results and separate machine trial and license records are retained. Original IIS and Windows logs, unrelated files and separately extracted source folders are not removed.
